No two people are exactly alike. Why we are the way we are psychologically is an interesting and rewarding process of discovery. My job is to help you connect with the events of your past to ways that you are in the present. It’s also my job to help you sort through the various survival skills that you have put together since childhood, so we can decide which ones are working for you, and which ones aren’t, and what to do about it! So whether you suffer from stress, eating disorders, codependency or other afflictions, the bottom line is I want you to leave my office with improved insight, a healthy behavioral respect for yourself and others, and a plan for living fully into your own potential.
